Won’t my mail fall out when the garage door opens?
The patented designed mailbag keeps your mail safely in the mailbag no matter what position the garage door is in.

What color does the bag come in?
Currently, the bag is available in navy blue and red with white accent trim. The bag is machine washable.

What size is the bag?
The bag’s dimensions are 14” wide, 13” long and 8 deep.

Do you need any special tools to install the Mail Slot Mailbag?
No, for wood doors all that is needed is a Phillips Screwdriver and a tape measure or ruler. For all other garage door types, no tools are needed except for the tape measure or ruler.

Can anyone install the Mail Slot Mailbag?
Yes, the Mail Slot Mailbag is designed to install quickly and easily. The bag is pre-assembled on the steel rod and only the brackets need to be installed onto the garage door.

On a wood garage door, what is the size of the installation screws?
There are only 4 screws that need to be installed and they are each 3/8” long.

Will the Mail Slot Mailbag damage my car?
The mailbag’s flexibility and soft fabric will not damage your car.

How much mail can the mailbag hold?
The Mail Slot Mailbag can hold up to 5 pounds of mail.

How is the mailbag shipped?
We utilize UPS Ground for shipping. The UPS box is 15” x 11” x 3” and is normally shipped out within 24 hours of placing an order.

Will the Mail Slot Mailbag interfere with the reading of my electric meter?
The Mail Slot Mailbag is designed and positioned in such a way that it does not interfere with the reading of an interior electric meter.
